MilWel is a small family run business formed in February 2015, which specialises in block paving / slab laying and many different areas of the general building trade. We are based in the South West of England mainly in Devon. Our main aim is to provide a personalised service, catering to your every need to ensure your project is everything you hoped for and more. We also have experience in kerb laying, light ground works and carpentry that spans over 10 years.
We deliver the complete package for customers who want that special something at their home; whether it’s block paved driveways or footpaths, slabbed patios or ponds with features, artificial grass areas, concrete driveways, maintenance improvements, general landscaping and building works.
Whatever your needs we can provide you with one point of contact from start to finish for your project- no fuss! You will only need to discuss your plans and ideas with us to ensure you get exactly what you want, rather than working with multiple tradesmen. We enjoy planning projects for our customers, but we also like working with customer’s own plans and ideas as well- be it an image from the internet or a drawing, we endeavour to make your dream project a reality.
We are also able to cater to more industrial/commercial works and have more than 10 years experience working closely with or for other businesses.
We have all the tools and equipment necessary to cater to all the works listed above (and more) and we are available on a fixed-price or day-work basis depending on the specific requirements of the job. We can provide a ‘labour only’ as well as a ‘supply and labour’ service depending on your needs- either way we pride ourselves on hard work and efficiency. We have taken the time to build relationships with local suppliers and we aim to source all of our materials from local merchants or branches.
